1. About the shop

Eartz sells handmade epoxy resin objects. Contact us at eartzz.shop@gmail.com. These terms operate together with the privacy, shipping and returns policies.

2. One-of-one products

Products marked one of one are listed with stock of one. The photographed piece is the piece sent. Colour may appear differently across screens, and small characteristics of the hand-casting process are described and photographed as clearly as possible. A ready-made product does not become personalised merely because it is unique.

3. Information, price and availability

The price, applicable taxes, delivery cost and payment methods are shown before the order is submitted. If there is an obvious price, stock or description error, we will contact you promptly and will not substitute a product without permission. An unfinished checkout does not reserve the single available piece.

4. Contract formation

Submitting an order is your offer to buy. The automated message acknowledges receipt. Acceptance takes place when we confirm processing or dispatch after checking payment and availability. If we cannot accept the order, we cancel it and return any payment without undue delay.

5. Custom requests

A request form does not itself create an order. Before work starts, we communicate feasibility, price, timing, payment and the approved characteristics. Work starts after the proposal is accepted. If the result is made to consumer specifications or clearly personalised, the statutory withdrawal exception is disclosed before acceptance.

6. Use and safety

Follow the intended use and warnings on each product page. A bowl described as decorative is not intended for food contact. Resin must not be exposed directly to flame or strong heat; candle holders are used only in the stated configuration, on a stable surface and under supervision. Do not use a damaged product.

7. Delivery, withdrawal and conformity

Delivery is described in the Shipping policy. Withdrawal and returns are described in the Returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer conformity rights.

8. Intellectual property

Original text, images, graphics and Eartz presentation may not be reused commercially without permission, except where the law allows. Buying a product does not transfer rights in photographs or the presentation design.

9. Liability and applicable law

We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Consumers retain the mandatory protection of their country of residence and available statutory complaint mechanisms. Contact eartzz.shop@gmail.com first so that we can try to resolve an issue directly.

10. Changes

We may update these terms for future orders. The version available when you submit the order applies to that order.
