If you bought as an individual consumer, you can use this form to tell us that you are withdrawing from the contract. The statutory period is generally 14 days from receiving the product.
Before submitting the form
The right of withdrawal applies to pieces bought from the available collection, even when they are one of one. An exception may apply to a product made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Defects, transit damage and incorrect products are handled separately and do not depend on this form.
