Shipping policy

Where we deliver

Available destinations, delivery methods, restrictions and cost are shown in checkout before the order is submitted. If an address cannot be served, checkout will not offer a delivery method or we will contact you before processing.

Order preparation

For in-stock products, the processing and delivery estimate is shown in checkout or the order confirmation. For a made-to-order piece, the production period is agreed before work starts and is additional to transit time.

Courier and shipping label

An order may be passed to a courier through a shipping aggregator. To create the label and deliver the parcel, the courier receives the name, telephone number, address and parcel information it needs. Tracking is sent when the selected service makes it available.

Cost and cash on delivery

The final transport cost and any free-shipping threshold are those displayed before checkout is completed. Cash on delivery is available only when it appears in checkout; any limit or fee is shown before ordering.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Check the name, telephone number and address before payment. If you notice an error, email eartzz.shop@gmail.com immediately. We cannot guarantee a change after the shipping label is issued. A new delivery cost caused by an incorrect address or unjustified refusal may be requested only within the law and after it is communicated.

Damaged or missing parcel

Check the packaging on arrival. If you see damage, photograph the parcel and product and contact eartzz.shop@gmail.com with the order number. Prompt notice helps us work with the carrier, but does not remove statutory consumer rights.

Transfer of risk

For consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes when you, or a person nominated by you, takes physical possession, subject to the statutory exception for an independent carrier chosen by the consumer.

Delays

Estimates can be affected by peak periods, weather or carrier incidents. If there is a material delay, we provide the information available and apply the statutory rights concerning delivery on time.
